I’m Melissa Burch, a tax strategist and financial consultant dedicated to helping business owners find clarity, confidence, and peace of mind around their finances.
As the Director of Tax Strategy & Compliance at Go Fractional, I lead a team focused on providing clear financial reporting, organized books, and proactive tax planning.
With over a decade of experience as a Fractional Controller & Tax Advisor, I’ve supported entrepreneurs through every stage of growth—from catching up on bookkeeping to developing long-term tax strategies that support sustainable success.
I’m also Rippling Certified in Payroll Administration and specialize in Tax Strategies, Advisory, and Compliance—helping clients streamline systems, stay compliant, and reduce their overall tax burden.
Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 16 years and am the proud mom of three energetic boys, who keep life fun, busy, and full of laughter.

As the Managing Partner and Director of Strategic Accounting at SSCOPC, Inc., I work with organizations to bring structure, insight, and efficiency to their financial systems. My focus is on transforming accounting operations into strategic assets that support clarity, growth, and stability.
With over 25 years of experience in finance and operations, I’ve held leadership roles across multiple industries—including construction, manufacturing, and professional services.
I believe that sound financial management is more than just numbers—it’s about creating the structure and insight that allow companies to grow with confidence.
Outside of work, I’ve been happily married since May 5, 2001, and am the proud father of three children—two daughters and one son. One daughter is headed to law school, the other is studying business, and my son is in high school. Family is the foundation of everything I do, and I’m grateful every day for the balance, perspective, and motivation they bring to my life and work.
